Introducing >>> MD BEAR!!!

Its important to be prepared for ur yoga lessons. Wear something comfortable and preferably cotton (to absorb sweat). Use a headband if necessary. Have a bottle of water ready too, in case u need to replenish some water into ur body system.
There is no way for MD Bear to teach u all the moves, so lets start with 3 poses tat all of us can learn.
